Cancelation Policy *

Space is considered "Reserved after payment in full has been received. After registration is confirmed, all refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation charge (administrative fee). If cancellation is made within 14 days of the workshop start date, an additional $200 fee is charged. Any cancellation within 1 week of workshop start date is non-refundable, a $500 credit will be applied to only one of OUR future workshops, within one year and pending availability. No refunds or credits will be issued to participants who are "No Show" or leave early. The presenters are not responsible for any non-refundable travel and/or hotel reservation fees due to participant or presenter cancellation. PLEASE NOTE: this policy includes all weather related cancellations by participants. If the workshop is being held - all cancellation policies apply. A full refund for the registration fee will be issued for any workshops cancelled by Presenters. You will be notified when your payment has been received and you are registered. All cancellations and notifications must be received in writing.
